2019
Origin · Columbus, Ohio
The Beginning
We started with a simple idea: put something great out into the world. Story-driven, care-driven representation was a need in the market. That need became our mission.
We set up in a small office called the Idea Foundry in Columbus, Ohio, and got to work.
2020 — 2022
Foundation · Columbus & Philadelphia
Testing, Learning, Growing
Testing, learning, growing. Throwing ourselves into the fire and getting better every day. Figuring out product-market fit, with highs and lessons along the way. We built a foundation and culture rooted in talent, vision, storytelling, and love poured into the work.
We welcomed team members who helped us evolve, and developed a presence in Philadelphia working with grassroots organizations across the city. We kept our roots in Columbus.

Understanding what we do best and how to build a business that solves our partners' needs. A growing culture of people who come into our family and ecosystem. Many highs, many lows.
We went fully remote: a global network of creatives, no home base. The best talent in the best spots, set up for success.

The opening of who we want to become. Envision Story, our original storytelling. Envision Originals, art with purpose. The seeds of the Envision Foundation.
And EnvisionOne, conceptualized in late 2025 with our advisory team, culminating in its rollout and activation.
